Hi, I’m Kim the creative brain, audio nerd, fierce advocate and proud feminist and founder of Dash Made.

After years bouncing around the entertainment, media and corporate worlds (including a five year detour in Paris as a real-life Mary Poppins), I decided to build the kind of work environment I actually wanted to work in. One that is warm, values-led and ego-free.

Dash Made is my studio, tucked away in Bayside Melbourne. It’s a space where big ideas, brilliant humans, and underrepresented voices come to make noise, tell stories, and create something real. It’s built on fairness, inclusion, curiosity, and creativity and the belief that the best work happens when people feel safe to show up exactly as they are.

I’m not here for polished perfection or “expert” energy. I’m here for the grit, the mess, the magic that unmistakable spark when a story clicks into place. I love working with thinkers, change makers, and people who’ve been underestimated, because those are the stories that stick.

When I’m not in the studio, I volunteer helping school kids discover podcasting, listening to podcasts or just generally being out negotiated by my six year old daughter, who’s clever, curious, and usually ten steps ahead of me.

And yes, Dash is named after Scout, my miniature dachshund and part-time Chief Engagement Officer . His key skills include chasing the sun, snoring loudly and scaring off delivery drivers.

More than a studio, Dash Made is a creative hideout. A safe space. A launchpad.

It’s where creativity meets comfort and we get sh*t done. We laugh a lot. We listen deeply. We stay curious.

Let’s make something that matters and have some fun while we’re at it.
